Episode 5: “Transformational Leadership”

People work harder for people they like, when expectations are known and believable, and when they feel personally and professionally appreciated. As a leader, especially faced with a major transformation, it’s about your team. You can’t succeed — even if you have the best vision, plan and strategy — if your team doesn’t believe in you and know that you believe in them. I have found kindness, encouragement and gratitude to the foundation of successful transformations whether, organizational, cultural, process or otherwise.
